Cult of Personality: Supernatural

Ever witness something out of the ordinary,say,somebody who literally came back from the dead?You know, stuffs which don't happen everyday.Some call it a miracle.Others call it extraterrestrial,extraordinary or for lack of a better word,supernatural.The addititional ‘extra’ and ‘super’ does not mean further emphasise the meaning of the original word however.Take for example, supernatural means unnatural or not natural. Meanwhile,super smart means one is very smart and definitely not not smart or stupid.Same goes for ‘extra’. Extra cucumbers doesn’t mean no cucumbers.Needless to say, supernatural in terms of scientifically, logically, realistically,statistically,spiritually,physically, mentally, weirdly or even sexually?Means something related to the topic mentioned is not normal.

Hmm,supernatural.I don't think it’s wrong to assume that when one hears that word,it automatically transfers their mind to the existance of spirits,souls or even,ghosts.I personally don't get why some would believe in their existance when they haven’t seen one before.Is that what you call blind faith?I mean,isn’t it unlogical for someone to believe in something they can't see or even touch?More importantly,is it something to be afraid of?I’m not trying to be an expert of anything,but don't you think it’s irrational for a ghost to appear right in front of you without any reason other than it being your ancestor or it’s trying to take revenge.Either way, doesn’t it seem kind of,unreasonable to be afraid as whether it might try to kill you or not?Come on,it’s a ghost,the death rate is either 100 percent or 0 percent.No point paying any special attention to it.Robbers however,can deal physical damage to you,now that,you should be afraid of.Anyway,it’s every individual’s reflex to be afraid of ghosts,but ever wonder that these ‘ghosts’ are actually dead human’s soul?Most probably somebody related to you,like an ancestor maybe?So,isn’t it very impolite to express fear and disgust to it?An ancestor who has travel to and fro from the realm of the dead just to ‘visit’ his or her or it’s descendant but ends up being treated like a freak or worst,a monster.How would you feel if the situation’s reversed?Sucks huh?I may not pray,I may not believe,but I still am and always will be reasonable.Depending on the problem,sometimes ‘doing’ it is better than to ‘believe’ it.

Another supernatural that I know of is none other than the horror american Tv series starring Jensen Ackles as Dean Winchester and Jared Padalecki as Sam Winchester.These two brothers hunt everything that is literally categorised as ‘supernatural’ such as vengeful spirits,vampires,wendigos, shapeshifters, nightshifters, skinwalkers,demons and even,angels.Thank God they didn’t include God in their list huh.I highly recommend that this Tv series to be added into anyone’s list of favourite shows.Action,comedy,horror,sci-fi all packed into one.
